It’s easy to get to whether you’re flying in or driving, with hotels and restaurants close by and public transport at the door. Dates**24-25 June 2027** Each day**8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** ## Frequently Asked Questions Who should attend? The APB Summit is built for the owners and directors of residential building companies who are serious about growing a stronger, more profitable business. It is not for developers, subcontractors, or commercial builders. If you want a company that holds its value and doesn’t depend entirely on you, this event is for you. Why should I take time off my business to attend this event? The Summit gives you two days to plan the year ahead away from the phone and the inbox, with speakers and other building company owners to test your plans against. Without that time, the big calls on pricing and hiring tend to get made between jobs. I’ve attended an APB Summit before. Why should I come back? Every Summit has a new agenda and new speakers, built around what’s happening in residential building that year. Return attendees often get more from their second Summit than their first, because they know what to look for and how to apply it. Who is speaking at the event? The full 2027 speaker lineup will be announced in the coming months. You will hear from APB Co-Founders Russ Stephens and Sky Kolade, alongside a curated mix of industry operators and specialists. Every speaker goes through a selection process, so each session is practical and relevant to a residential building company. How is this different from other APB events? Summit sessions run longer and go into more detail than our free events, and the builders in the room are running established companies and working through the same decisions you are. When and where is the event? The APB Summit 2027 will be held at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on 24 and 25 June 2027. Doors open at 8:00 AM and sessions run until 5:00 PM each day. VIP dinner details will be confirmed and communicated to VIP ticket holders separately. Can I bring my team? Yes. Many building company owners bring a key team member to align on strategy and implementation. Multiple tickets can be booked for the same business. Do the tickets include flights and accommodation? No. Tickets do not include flights or accommodation. We recommend booking early, particularly if you are travelling interstate. Is it okay to bring children? Children aged 10+ are permitted if they hold a valid ticket and are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Due to the professional and business-focused nature of the event, children under 10 are not able to attend. Can I bring other luggage to the event? We recommend avoiding luggage where possible.
