The APB Summit is built for the owners and directors of residential building companies who are serious about growing a stronger, more profitable business. It is not for developers, subcontractors, or commercial builders. If you are committed to building a company that runs well, holds its value, and does not depend entirely on you, this event is for you.
Because the cost of staying exactly where you are is higher than the cost of two days away. The builders who grow the fastest are the ones who invest in time to think strategically, not just time to produce. The Summit gives you the space to do that, along with the people and the content to make those two days count.
Every Summit is built around what is happening now. The industry does not stand still, and neither does the agenda. New benchmarks, fresh thinking, and updated strategies mean that return attendees consistently walk away with just as much as they did the first time, often more, because they know what to look for and how to apply it.
The full 2027 speaker lineup will be announced in the coming months. You will hear from APB Co-Founders Russ Stephens and Sky Kolade, alongside a curated mix of industry operators and specialists. Every speaker goes through a rigorous selection process to ensure what they deliver is relevant, practical, and worth your time.
While our free events deliver great value, the Summit is a different level of event to anything else APB runs. The sessions go deeper, the conversations are more direct, and the builders in the room are running serious companies and working through the same decisions you are. What gets covered is not available anywhere else in the industry.
The APB Summit 2027 will be held at Sofitel Darling Harbour, Sydney on 24–25 June 2027. Doors open at 8:00 AM and sessions run until 5:00 PM each day. VIP dinner details will be confirmed and communicated to VIP ticket holders separately.
