Coming Soon!
The APB Summit is designed for the owners and directors of residential building companies who are serious about scaling. It’s not for developers, subcontractors, or commercial builders. If you’re looking to build a stronger business and a better life, this is where you belong.
Because the cost of staying stuck is far higher. The builders who grow the fastest are the ones who invest in strategic thinking time. The Summit gives you the clarity, tools, and connections to break through bottlenecks and move forward faster, without the trial and error.
Every Summit is designed around what’s next. The challenges, tools, and economic landscape are constantly shifting and so is the agenda. With fresh speakers, new benchmarks, and advanced strategies, each year builds on the last. Return attendees consistently say they walk away with even more value the second (and third) time around.
You’ll hear from APB co-founders Russ Stephens and Sky Kolade, alongside a carefully curated mix of professionals and industry operators. From AI and financial systems to sales, marketing, team leadership, and operational efficiency, every speaker is selected through a multi-stage, merit-based process designed to deliver real value, not sponsored slots. The full 2026 speaker lineup will be announced soon.
While our free events deliver great value, the Summit takes it further, more depth, more connection, and more implementation. You’ll gain access to proven systems from builders generating millions in profit, and walk away with frameworks that simply aren’t covered anywhere else.
The 2026 APB Summit will take place at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth from June 17–19. The event includes an exclusive VIP Dinner on the evening of June 17, followed by two full days of strategic sessions, and networking opportunities on June 18–19. Doors open at 8:00 AM, and sessions run until 5:00 PM each day.
